Byron Dorgan seems competant discussing protectionism on the Colbert Report. However, I fault him for not disabusing Colbert of the perception that the Badlands are confined to South Dakota. Damn you, South Dakota, and your slick publicity.

Yesterday's news today! Not much actual N.D. content, but I always wondered where those resettled refugees ended up after moving far, far from wherever they were settled in North Dakota.
